Notts Outdoors makes environmental protection one of our main priorities

Here at Notts Outdoors the protection of the environment and ultimately the world in which we live is one of our main priorities.

Ways in which we have reduced our carbon foot print and minimised our impact on the environment include:

• Investing in renewable energy – solar panels, replacing boilers to use biomass fuels or with air source heat pumps
• Optimising heating systems
• Promoting recycling and ensuring we have effective systems in place
• Reducing printing across the service so less trees need to be cut down to protect the “lungs of the planet”
• Reviewing and reducing essential travel of the team
• Having fun in educating future generations in the ways they can care for our environment
