Ideal for beginners aged 8 to 16, this course includes sailing, shoreside skills and simple classroom learning.
RYA Youth Sailing Stage 2
Perfect for 8 to 16-year-olds who’ve completed Stage 1, this two‑day course builds confidence and independence on the water.
RYA Youth Sailing Stage 3
Designed for 8 to 16-year-olds who’ve completed RYA Youth Stage 2, this two‑day course develops confidence and competence sailing in moderate conditions.
Archery Adventures with Robin and Marian
This summer, join Robin Hood and Lady Marian for an archery adventure in the heart of Sherwood Forest. The legendary couple is back for a third year to bring you this exciting archery activity where you can learn all about Medieval archery with private tuition. Ideal for families or adult groups.
Sparkling Space Rockets
Join us at Bestwood Country Park this August to unlock some of the mysteries of our universe! Step inside our inflatable planetarium to learn more about our solar system and turn a plastic bottle into your very own space rocket. Head to the launch pad to watch your rocket fly and be in with a chance of winning a free family pass to Adventures if yours flies the furthest.
